Product & Service NeoPac Light Engines are the key components for general lighting as well as illumination applications. These light engines are ingeniously engineered based on patented proprietary NeoPac Universal Platform (NUP) with System in Package (SiP) structure satisfies thermal, mechanical, electrical and optical requirements for continuous operation of high power LED devices. NeoPac Light Engines come in many standard functions, shapes and sizes, but also can be customized to fit a specific function shape, size, power input, and light output.
NeoPac Light Engine provides a new, cost effective, meaningful and practical LED option for illumination applications. NeoPac Light Engine is more powerful than a standard LED lamp producing hundreds and even thousands of lumens.
NeoPac Light Engines utilize proper heat mitigation mechanisms with efficient thermal management techniques to ensure heat is efficiently dissipated from the LEDs junction to the ambient. This not only extends the life expectancy and but also ensures the light stays cool. Standard LED lamps have poor thermal management properties which significantly shortens their lives. In addition, NeoPac Light Engines use multi- chip modules to deliver light while standard LED lamps use single chip module to generate light for illumination purpose.
Standard NeoPac Light Engine comes in 2 color configurations (white and warm white) with different sizes and input power voltages. With NeoPac Light Engine, the luminaire that can be designed and built upon are infinite, the only limitation left is your own imagination.
